1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing glimmer-stream.pro and enrolling in informational programs described on this site, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. Glimmer Stream Academy may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
2. Services described
The site describes cohort-based training, workshops, mentor support, and related materials for Power BI and related operational reporting topics. Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, all offerings are educational and advisory in nature. Nothing on this site constitutes professional legal, tax, or procurement advice.
3. Accounts and communications
When you contact us, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate. You agree to receive operational responses related to your inquiry at the email address supplied. Marketing emails, if any, will follow applicable consent rules described in our Data Protection statement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content in a way that degrades service for others, upload malware, or misrepresent affiliation with Glimmer Stream Academy. Training materials are licensed for personal or internal organizational use as stated in your order documentation and may not be resold.
5. Intellectual property
Branding, curricula, templates, and site copy remain the property of Glimmer Stream Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials solely for learning purposes inside the purchasing entity. Public redistribution requires written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Glimmer Stream Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Aggregate liability for direct damages tied solely to paid services is limited to the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections assign jurisdiction elsewhere for eligible individuals.
8. Termination and survival
We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
