Money-Back Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to tuition-style fees published on glimmer-stream.pro for Glimmer Stream Academy programs. Prices are informational on the marketing site; contractual invoices may reference separate documentation.
2. Eligibility window
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the payment date provided you have not downloaded proprietary template packs marked as final delivery and have not attended more than one live session.
3. Full refunds
If eligibility criteria are met, we issue a full refund of amounts paid for the specific program, excluding any third-party fees charged by payment networks.
4. Partial refunds
After attending two or more live sessions or downloading final template packs, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies or relocation outside Japan that prevents participation.
5. Non-refundable items
Non-refundable items include third-party exam vouchers already redeemed, shipping of physical materials if applicable, and bespoke consulting blocks delivered outside standard cohort syllabi.
6. Process and timing
Email hello@glimmer-stream.pro with your enrollment reference. We acknowledge within five business days. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional banking days to appear.
7. Cancellation by Glimmer Stream Academy
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another start date. We are not liable for incidental travel costs.
8. Consumer rights in Japan
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Japanese consumer protection laws. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule prevails.
9. Payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating card issuer disputes so we can resolve issues directly whenever possible.
